| Winter 2007/8: each Tuesday and Saturday from Tuesday 6 November until Tuesday 18 March except for the two weeks of Christmas and New Year. Between the hours of 09.30am and 12.30pm (grounds, shop and restaurant close at 2.00pm). Summer 2008: Open daily from 21st March – 24th October, 9.30am – last admission 4.30pm. |

The history of Blair Castle stretches from the 13th century, which is just one of the many reasons why it attracts so many visitors. It is situated in the beautiful setting of the Grampian Mountains, just north of Inverness. The castle’s own grounds, named Diana’s Grove, are extensive and well worth a visit. Once inside the castle there are many displays to see including collections of armour, pictures, furniture and family memorabilia.
