Bridlington Leisure World is situated just off the main Promenade on the Bridlington seafront and consists of: a 25-metre Main Pool for fitness and relaxation swimming; a shallow, family friendly Learner Pool for children and toddlers; and an adventure Wave Pool with attached water slides, a wave machine and simulated tropical downpour. An inflatable assault course is also deployed every Friday evening. Together, the pools provide fun and entertainment for visitors of all ages and levels of ability.
Swimming lessons are also available, provided through a comprehensive swim school course administered by experienced instructors in both children's and adult lessons. The Leisure Centre is also an approved training centre for Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) National Pool Lifeguard Syllabus.
In addition to the water attractions, an extensive 'Tone Zone' fitness suite is available, containing a varied selection of modern exercise machinery including weights, pulleys, treadmills, rowing machines and resistance cycling machines. This is complemented by a 'Caribbean Club' health suite, allowing visitors to relax and unwind in a 3-tier sauna and open-plan steam room or the club's large relaxation area. Showers and full changing facilities are also present.
