Standing for nearly 500 years, Dunguaire Castle was built by the o'hyne clan and The Name Guire come from the ancient fort. It sits on the rocky shores of Galway and it most certainly offers a good historic story and their is lots of information inside the castle about those who live in the 15th century comparing them to modern day people.
