Glen Esk, in Angus, has a beautiful and varied landscape, ranging from rough moorland and woods, to mountains with cliffs and corries. There is also good farming land. It contains Mount Keen, the most easterly Munro, and the beautiful Loch Lee.
There is excellent salmon and trout fishing particularly in the lower glen.
