The shop is open all year round.

There is fresh fudge made daily at the Jim Garrahy's Fudge Kitchen and visitors are invited to watch the process for themselves. All their fudge is made by hand to a recipe dating back to 1830. Traditional methods of copper bowls and marble slabs are used and fudge is available in 20 different flavours. The shop also holds fudge-making parties where guests can have a go at making fudge for themselves.
