There is fresh fudge made daily at the Jim Garrahy's Fudge Kitchen and visitors are invited to watch the process for themselves.All their fudge is made by hand to a recipe dating back to 1830. Traditional methods of copper bowls and marble slabs are used and fudge is available in 20 different flavours.The shop also holds fudge-making parties where guests can have a go at making fudge for themselves.
