The Oasis is an all-weather attraction. Our tropical hall and butterfly house are ideal venues for those wet days, and our friendly staff are always on hand to answer your queries and to let you meet some of the inhabitants face-to-face. Sunny days are appreciated by many of the inhabitants, though - the lemurs and monkeys being particularly keen sunbathers.
Our mission is to engender and foster an interest and appreciation of the natural world which, in our belief underpins wildlife conservation; and, where possible to contribute and encourage contribution to the conservation of wildlife and wild places.
