Elie is a much sought after residential area where many people own holiday homes. There are beautiful beaches everywhere with golden sand. Next to the harbour, there is an excellent watersports centre where you can hire boats, windsurfers, canoes and pedaloes. Elie is a popular destination, particularly in the summer and many families come here to enjoy the sun and the sea for an excellent day out on the beach.
