This is a lovely, small hotel situated on the banks of the Lake Of Menteith, the only Lake in Scotland. The food is delicious and cooked to a very high standard and you can eat either in the bar or in the slightly more formal conservatory. As the hotel sits right on the banks of the Lake, it has stunning views from both indoor and outdoor tables. The cooked breakfasts are fantastic and you do not have to be a resident to enjoy them but make sure you are there before 10 am.
