15 hectares of equestrian park in the centre of Lamballe, with 19th century stables where pure breed Breton cart and post horses are raised. Have a day out in Lamballe on a thursday - there is the weekly market in the morning, public tours of the stables are scheduled at 3pm in english during summer months and are available on request throughout the year, in the evening there are equestrian spectacles throughout the summer followed by Breton music in the main square. There are also lots of one-off annual events including: May ~ open door rose exhibition, the equestrian park is full of roses, enjoy them at their best, September ~ fete of the 1000 clogs (!), October ~ public horse markets, December ~ Christmas craft market.
