The Elizabethan house, which was home to the Bagot family, containing Jacobean furniture, plasterwork and panelling. In addition the world renowed Topiary Gardens, first laid out in 1694 are well worth a visit, with their herbaceous borders and fountain garden. The tearoom also offers home-made light lunches and teas. There is also a gift shop and plant centre.
