Torquay’s Oddicombe Beach is in the Babbacombe/St Marychurch area of the town. It is located at the bottom of red sandstone cliffs, and can be accessed either by the cliff railway or steep steps which are well worth the effort.
Oddicombe Beach is a shingle beach with facilities for many watersports, including sailing, paddleboats, and pedallo hire. There is also a slipway. In addition it offers beach huts, deck chair hire, a café/restaurant, disabled visitors' facilities, lost child centre, first aid and promenade.
Please note that no dogs are allowed on the beach during the summer season.
