The Horse and Groom boasts a small but varied core menu, supplemented by different specials every day but whatever it is, it will be cooked fresh to order for you. Dishes are created using only the season’s freshest and finest produce where ever possible.
We take great pride in our fare, which offer a multi choice of meats, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes, all accompanied by fresh vegetables. Why not finish your meal by having one of our desserts. We also offer a select Wine list, from which you will be sure to find the perfect accompaniment for your meal.
The large Restaurant allows us to welcome families getting together for celebrations of all kinds, Business Lunches or just a Romantic Dinner for two. A door leads off to the garden where you can relax and watch for some of the many birds that inhabit the gardens.
The mixture of good fresh food fine wines and excellent service have many visitors, businessmen and locals returning time after time.
