2012 "Dogs need a holiday too" competition prize: the first prize winner will win a stay at Helvellyn Cottages to a value of £750
Love to Escape competitions are open to all aged 18 or over.
No responsibility can be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected submissions to the website www.lovetoescape.com. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries per person will be accepted and registered.
Monthly draw closing date: 30th Sept 2012 at midnight.
The winning entry will be drawn on the date specified per competition, at Lovetoescape, Unit 50, Stirling Business Centre, Wellgreen Place, Stirling, FK8 2DZ and will be made by an independent person.
The winner will be notified by email (if correct address details supplied) within 14 days of the specified closing dates with instruction with instruction on how to obtain their prize.
The stay must be booked by 31/12/2012 and completed by 31/12/2013
The Prize value covers a one week stay. No cash alternative. No refund for weeks booked which are advertised at less than £750 and for any weeks booked with value more than £750 the differential will need to be paid to the owner at the time of booking. All bookings subject to availability and owners standard terms and conditions
The result will be available from the Promoter's address (below). Please send a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter's address if you require written confirmation of the results.
All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prizes and/or the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of any of the prizes and/or the Promotion except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
Participants' details will be held and may be used by the Promoter or any agent of the Promoter for marketing purposes. Participants should contact Love To Eacape if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose. The winner may be expected to make themselves available for post-event publicity.
All materials supplied as part of entry to the competition become the property of Love To Escape and may be used in promotional material.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of registrations and to disqualify any participant for tampering with the registration process.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or kiosk applications.
Events may occur that render the draw itself, or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the customer agrees that no liability shall be attached to Love to Escape as a result thereof.
