Welcome to our exceptional holiday cottage close to the North Norfolk Coast
Situated on a quiet country lane in the rural village of Sharrington,16 The Street is one of a pair of traditional brick and flint cottages. It has been restored, furnished and equipped to a very high standard to sleep 5 people. Sharrington is an excellent base from which to explore the North Norfolk area, Holt (3 miles), Blakeney (5 miles), Wells, Sheringham, Blickling, The Burnhams, Brancaster etc.
The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and freezer with washing machine and tumble drier in a separate utility room. There is a dining room, off the kitchen and a cosy sitting room with open fire, tv freeview, WiFi internet access, dvd and board games.
Upstairs, there are two double rooms; one with a kingsized bed and the other with twin beds, a good sized single bedroom and bathroom with over the bath, high-pressure shower. In addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom with basin and wc. The cottage is centrally heated and doubled glazed throughout. There is plenty of storage and hanging space in all the bedrooms. Bed linen is supplied but guests should bring their own towels.
The cottage has a beautiful south-facing garden, large lawn, sun loungers and a covered cart shed with table and chairs - perfect for eating out and relaxing in the evenings after a day on the beach.
There are country walks along quiet lanes and footpaths directly from the cottage and lots of lovely, locally produced things to eat at award-winning pubs, cafes, farm shops and delis all within a few of miles.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
One small well-behaved dog is allowed by prior arrangement and additional cost. We ask owners not to allow dogs upstairs or on the furniture. Please be aware that the garden is not enclosed. It has no gate and is bordered on two sides by open fields which are easily accessible by gaps in hedges.

First class accommodation in a wonderful setting.
Will certainly recommend to friends and hope to be back.
Lovely location, beautiful cottage and amazing garden. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - a nice and welcome touch were the flowers, cakes and milk. Nothing was ever too much trouble - great hosts. Will definitely be back.
The cottage was everything we expected and more. We are looking forward to our next visit.
A home from home! We loved the house and the garden is amazing. Found plenty to do so will be back soon.
