The flat is available fully furnished with a double bed in one room and twin beds in the other room.

There is a lovely Turkish couple (owners) in their late fifities who live in the first floor flat upstairs in summers. They totally respect your privacy, however they are able to provide assitance whenever you need.
Also, if you are a traveller, either on your way to Troy, Pergamon or Izmir or just strolling around the beautiful Aegean coast, Denizkoy is a great place to give a break for a few days. B&B daily rental of the flat is possible for 60 GBP/day.
