Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in the New Forest
The cottage is well appointed with a high-grade kitchen & dishwasher. The rustic interior is comfortable & cosy with a wood burning stove.There is ample parking ouside the front garden.However, the unique feature of the cottage is it's location: situated at the edge of the New Forest, it has an unrivalled access to tracks and trails for walking, birdwatching, and cycling. The views of the forest are stunning, whether you are exercising or strolling to Sunday lunch at the local pub.
Not much further afield are several noteworthy beaches: walk the length of Studland beach, surf at Bournemouth, windsurf at Poole or go crabbing at Christchurch Harbour. If history is your passion, turn inland to discover Stonehenge, Salisbury museum & Cathedral or Beaulieu Motor Museum. Local amenities in the nearby towns of Fordingbridge & Ringwood include bike hire,swimming pool, liesure centre, Moors Valley adventure park, supermarkets and a range of local shops and occasional farmer's markets. There are several local stables offering horse riding lessons and hacks.
