Welcome to 41 Kingsdown Park - our self catering lodge on the Kent Coast

Enjoy a prime seaside location within the village of Kingsdown, between the historic towns of Deal and Dover in Kent, on the south-east coast of England. The holiday village is perfectly placed for exploring the delightful `Garden of England' as well being within easy reach of the many visitor attractions and golf courses. The lodge provides high quality self catering for 6 people.

Within the holiday village there are a large number of facilities available to residents, mostly without charge. There is a swimming pool, with separate children's pool, tennis court, children's games room, volley ball, table tennis, crazy golf, badminton, BBQ and open play area. The beautiful Kingsdown beach is just a five minute walk from the holiday village. The beach is safe for children and at low tide, Oldstairs Bay provides the perfect place to explore the hidden world of rock pools.

Guests can also enjoy use of the Clubhouse which offers a fully licensed bar & restaurant, as well as offering free internet access (wi-fi) and live entertainment, discos, quizzes and bingo. The reception has a small shop area, for all those little essentials. A launderette is also available on-site. 

The complex comprises a number of A-frame Scandinavian style lodges each with a sunny veranda leading through to a large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lodge can accomodate up to six people in 2-3 bedrooms. 

In summary our self catering accommodation is:

- 3 miles from Deal, 5 miles from Dover and only 90 minutes by train from central London.

- On the Kent Coast with a varied and interesting coastline with many local attractions.

- In a Holiday park which has a 5 star rating. Tourist Board approved 

- Excellent on-site facilities including shop, indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, Volleyball, tennis courts, social club with bar. 

- A Viewing platform looks down onto park's own private beach. 

- Free private car park adjacent to the reception area (no vehicles are permitted on the site itself, trolleys available for luggage)

- Animals not allowed on site.
