Welcome to our holiday cottage on the Yorkshire coast near Whitby
Welcome to 4 Cowbar Cottages, a wonderful holiday cottage in Staithes Village in North Yorkshire. The cottage is in a fantastic peaceful setting on the cliff top and has panoramic views over the sea and Staithes village. This well equipped stone built cottage provides self catering holiday accommodation for 4 people. It is just a five minute walk to the beach and the village, and provides the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire coast, including nearby Whitby.
Our Yorkshire Cottage Accommodation
Our holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite – 1 double and 1 twin) and sleeps 4 people. There is a galley kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area and sun lounge overlooking lawned rear garden. There is a car parking space available immediately outside the cottage. The cottage is fully double glazed and has gas central heating. There is also a 'Z' bed is available for an additional guest.
Bed linen and towels can be hired at a cost of £5 per person. We regret that no pets are allowed at our Yorkshire cottage.
Our Yorkshire Coast Location
The cottage is in a stunning cliff top location in Staithes, North Yorkshire, and is just 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, Post Office, Public Houses. It is close to Whitby (12 miles) and the North Yorkshire Moors. It is only a short car ride to other seaside locations of Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay whilst the busy resort of Scarborough is 1 hour away and the shopping centre of York 1 hour 20 minutes.
