Welcome to our Guest Rooms in Mombasa, India
I have a three bedroom flat on the 8th floor of a building overlooking the Mombasa harbor, Kenya, East Africa and in the centre of the city. I wish to rent out two of the bedrooms to travelers.
Acommodation
1. Master bedroom, with air conditioner, attached bath with a tub: Recommend rates 70 US/day for a single person, for a total of 120 US/day for 2, and a group of 3 in the master bedroom at a total of 150 US/day/for 3 can stay very comfortably.
2. 2nd and 3rd bedroom without an attached bath / air conditioner. Recommend rates 50 US/day/ person or 80 US/day for two persons.
3. Self cooking in the kitchen for vegetarian food only to be paid extra for gas, electricity and water, or can enjoy simple paid Indian vegetarian meals.
4. Common refrigerator available.
6. Common Television set available.
7. Visitors can wash their own laundry or pay for it.
8. 24 hour hot water available.
9. 24 hour security.
Biashara building is a landmark in Mombasa. It is a white 8 storey building with flexi glass pyramids on top of the building, is near the gpo, accessible from the bus stand. It overlooks the harbor of Mombasa, is very well ventilated and enjoys invigorating breeze, has elevators, 24 hour security, and parking. The ground floor has banks, atms and money exchangers.
