Welcome to our Country House Hotel in the Lake District
Our Hotel comprises of 31 luxury unsuite rooms. Within the hotel there in a restaurant called the Oak room restaurant renowned for its high quality cooking and good service. Our restaurant has been awarded with a AA 1 rosette. the restauarant extensd out into the conservatory which provides beautiful views of Eden Valley whicle your dining.
Our Hotel also has a full size pool table, table tennis and indoor leisure club with plunge pool, jacuzzi, infa-red sauna and turkish steam room and vertical solarium.
Due to it great location, finest food, great facilities, our hotel is an ideal wedding venue. We can cater for a wedding breakfast for twelve to booking the whole hotel to accomadate up to eighty people and the hotel has been granted a civil licence by Eden District Council to host civil ceremonies.
Our Hotel also has two main meeting rooms available for conferences or small meetings.

Our Hotel on the edge of the Lake District, in the Eden Valley. It is located near the village of Appleby-in-Westmorland, South of Penrith in Cumbria. It is surrounded by the North Pennines, close to the Yorkshire Dales and has views over the Lake District Fells.
