Beachlands View is a stunning duplex penthouse apartment located right on the beach in Llanelli. The location is very tranquil, yet close enough to towns & villages to not be too isolated.

Beachlands View has simply stunning sea views. Bedrooms are located on the lower level and are configured to suit most guests needs.
The master suite is very large and bright with a balcony overlooking the beach. A super-king sleigh bed graces this room as does light & high quality furniture. The suite has a walk in closet and en-suite shower room with a large power shower and built in units.
Bedroom 2 has a Juliet balcony & inland views and is furnished with twin leather beds and again, light, high quality wardrobes and chests.
Bedroom 3 has inland views and has the children's favourites - bunk beds, wardrobe and chests.
The bright & stunning upper floor houses a large open plan living area and kitchen. Vast patio windows offer amazing sea views and a terrace with seating overlooks the sandy beach. On the other side, a large patio window gives access to another terrace with inland views.
Lovely leather sofas seat 6 in comfort and a large extending dining table provides dining space for 6. Modern and quality appliances grace the kitchen area which is extremely well equipped enabling a quick snack to an elaborate 3 course meal to be prepared in comfort & with ease.
WiFi Internet access is available for use free of charge and a large 42" plasma TV, MP3 dock, CD player, DVD & Sky TV are all provided for your entertainment.
