Beckfoot Country Guest House Pet Friendly Lake District B&B, Penrith B&B

     Beckfoot Country Guest House is a beautiful Victorian House set in it's own 3 acre grounds in the peacefull unspoilt Lowther Valley in the English Lake District. All rooms are tastefully decorated and luxuriously appointed with en-suite facilities, at least 5' beds and some rooms with 6' beds. 
     A 4 poster room is available together with a luxury family room on the front of the house overlooking the extensive gardens. We also have a ground floor room which can be triple bed or 6' double plus a single. 
    We do take dogs and make a small charge of £2.50 which includes a bed bowl a chew. 
   The area around us is a haven for wild life and the Mardale valley with Haweswater reservoir is nearby. This is where the only nesting Eagle in England is. 
   Local Inns are situated within a couple of miles  where excellent evening meals can be taken.
   Beckfoot is an excellent place to stop off on the way to Scotland. We are also the home of 'Guitar Weekends'
