The holiday accommodation comprises: 

Upstairs: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with overhead shower. 

Downstairs: A bunk bedroom with en suite shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove, dining room seating up to ten people, oil fired central heating in all rooms. 

Garden: Spacious front terrace with picnic table, attractive lawn and small pond. Barbeque. 

Wake up to stunning sunrises over the Pennines from the front and watch the sunsets over Blencathra at the back. 

Parking: Off-road parking space for three cars.

Dogs welcome at this Lake District Holiday Cottage - the garden is well fenced for all but the most athletic dogs.
