Welcome to our Hotel in Dunkeld, Perthshire
This hotel has recently changed hands and is now owned by the former Atholl Arms Hotel owner. It has had a major uplift with all the bathrooms, bed rooms, function suits, dining and drinking areas all upgraded.

Our hotel is situated on the south bank of the River Tay, Scotland's premier salmon fishing river. Close to the hotel stands the Birnam Oak, the Last remnant of Birnam Wood made famous in Shakespeare's Macbeth.
