Nestling peacefully against fields and woodlands, and boasting panoramic views of Lake Windermere to the mountains and fells beyond, Blenheim Lodge is situated in the heart of the English Lake District, just 5 minutes' walk to the shores of Lake Windermere and Old Bowness, offering ideal bed and breakfast guest house accommodation for the Lake District, Windermere and Bowness.
Each of the 11 bedrooms is individually appointed and decorated with Laura Ashley colours and soft furnishings, many with pieces of exquisite French antique furniture like those seen in glossy lifestyle magazines. Single, double, triple and twin rooms are available, all with either Lake or countryside views.
Take the stress out of looking for a place to park when you stay in the Lakes. Blenheim Lodge has a private on-site car park, which is also suitable for bikers. Our location makes it extremely convenient for guests who wish to walk to Bowness centre, the pier or country club (where we offer FREE membership), to leave their vehicles parked if they do not wish to drive.
For couples, do come and enjoy a romantic break with us. Flowers, champagne and chocolates may be ordered for your arrival.

For those looking for a quiet retreat, including church groups, we are able to offer you an inviting guesthouse set in a tranquil location close to all amenities and countryside walks. A guest lounge is available for your use.
