The dining/sitting room is tailor made for comfort with reclining armchairs, labour free gas open fire, and satellite TV. PC with broadband internet connection. Wireless internet connection is available - your laptop will need a Wireless Network Device. Local phone calls are included free of charge.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full electric oven, and gas and electric hob. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Towels and bedlinen are supplied.
There is a secluded landscaped patio off the kitchen, with table and chairs.
This centrally located purpose built self catering townhouse has its own off street car space. It occupies the first and second floors with ground floor storage for golf clubs, surf boards etc.
The house is eminently suitable for 2 couples or a family but would not be suitable for very small children.
