Cairngorm Guest House provides Bed & Breakfast Accommodation for up to 24 people. The Guest House has 12 ensuite bedrooms all with television, hairdryer, and tea coffee making facilities, some having great views of the Cairngorn Mountains.
Our superb breakfast is served in our Victorian Dining Room with Stove fire or in the bright, sunny conservatory.We offer a Full Scottish or Vegetarian Breakfast, as well as Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Porridge or Cereals. Our food is made from local fresh produce wherever possible.
Our delightful Residents Lounge provides TV, Video and DVD facilities as well as a selection of books and games for everyone to enjoy.The real log fire set in the original Victorian fire place provides the perfect place to relax after a day out in the Scottish Highlands. A small fridge is provided for your use as is a mini water cooler.
We also have ample private parking and extensive grounds in which to relax.

Our Guest house is in an area of great natural beauty in Cairngorm National Park, in the village of Aviemore in The Highlands. The village of Aviemore offers shops bars and restaurants, and Rail and Bus Links are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The guest house provides the ideal location for exploring the Scottish highlands, and the surrounding area has an abundant variety of Activities for you to pursue: Mountain Biking, Hill Walking, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Bird Watching, Fishing, Walking, Golfing, White Water Rafting to mention just a few.
