Our Southwold Accommodation
Spacious living room with Victorian fireplace, TV with SKY & DVD/video player and large window to the front aspect. Dining room with oak panelling, feature fireplace and doors into the second living room which can be folded back to make a large reception room, French doors out to rear garden.
Downstairs bedroom with twin beds and French doors leading to the garden. Shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. Well equipped spacious kitchen/breakfast room with AGA cooker, large fridge freezer, seating area and glazed double doors to the garden room. Utility area with washer/dryer.
First floor: galleried landing, large bedroom with 5ft four- poster bed, SKY TV and en-suite shower room; twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, one large bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room, double bedroom with connecting door to bathroom and a further two twin bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.
Attractive south-west facing rear courtyard garden with summer house, garden furniture, and BBQ.

Southwold boasts predominately Georgian and Victorian architecture and has a wealth of individual shops and boutiques, restaurants and traditional public houses serving the locally brewed Adnams Ale. An excellent base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage coastline with neighbouring towns and villages such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford and Dunwich all well worth a visit.
