Welcome to our Luxury Apartment in Cornwall
Our apartment is located in the village of Downderry, situated a few miles to the renowned Cornish coastal town of Looe.
The apartment is situated on the upper ground floor and is easily accessible from the secure car park without the need to use any stairs or the lift which makes it ideally suited for disabled access.
Inside our apartment there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with beautiful coastline views. To the front of the lounge is a balcony with outdoor seating. Our apartment has two double bedrooms and a private balcony with sea views. There is a main shower-room and the apartment also has a utility room.
Directly infront of the apartment building there is communal gardens and adjacent is the beach.
