Cerdyn Villa B&B offers 2 double ensuite rooms with modern shower facilities. Rooms have DVD players, TV, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Additional services include provision of cot/ and highchair; use of hairdryer and iron / board; preparation of packed lunches; evening meals on special request; early check-ins; later check outs; complimentary gift if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Our semi rural location ensures a tranquil stay, yet being only a 10 minutes stroll from amenities, including excellent pubs and restaurants, menas you can leave the car behind and relax.
All our meats are locally sourced. Our own, free to roam hens provide delicious eggs; we bake our own bread and make our own vegetarian sausages to a tried and approved Welsh recipe.
Living in such beautiful surroundings we are keen to do our bit for the environment and have a user friendly and sound eco policy that works well for our home.

Cerdyn Villa is set on the outskirts of Llanwrtyd Wells (voted best village in Wales 2009), at the southern end of Powys and on the border of Carmarthenshire. It sits in the Irfon Valley surrounded by the Epynt and Black Mountains and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, We recommend that no stay is complete without a trip along the Abergwesyn Pass, possibly one of the most scenic drives in the UK.
Our guest house is easily accessible from the A40, A470, A483 or by train as the mid-way point on the Heart of Wales Rail Line.
