The family owned cosy cottage is in the middle of the quiet village of Great Broughton in a small courtyard of 3 with easy access to the Northern Lakes of Buttermere, Derwentwater, Wastwater, Crummockwater, to southern Scotland and the Solway coast with miles of sandy dunes. Footpaths leading from outside the cottage lead down to the River Derwent with spectacular views of the fells in all the changing weather. This is a cottage that families will feel at home in. It is well laid out and well equipped so you only need to pack yourselves, your clothes and your food. - and maybe a few personal touches.
