Welcome to our Self Catering Coastal Cottage in Seahouse, Northumberland

Our Accommoation is a tastefully presented fishermans cottage in a quiet part of Seahouses on the Northumberland Coast. The centre of Seahouses is within walking distanse from the cottage.
On the Ground floor of the cottage there is a large comfortable living/dining room with a multi fuel stove. Flat screen TV with intregal Freeview and DVD player. FREE WI FI. Phone for incoming calls. Also a fitted kitchen , and a recently refurbished downstairs bathroom with bath and electric shower over. There is also a single bedroom with 3 foot divan bed.
Upstairs there is very spacious double room with a futon bed for 6th person. The second bedroom has a 4 food double bed. All bedrooms have ample storage. Outside there is car parking for 1 car in the square.
Electic storage heaters, additional heaters, towel rail and stove. Warm cosy house suitable for holidays in all seasons
The Local Area
The coastline of North Northumberland is well known for its sandy beaches and superb scenery along with its picturesque villages overlooked by magnificent castles.
Just off this stretch of coastline, lie the Farne Islands. Well known by SCUBA divers and naturalists alike, these islands are host to a diverse cross section of marine life and coastal species. Boat trips to the Farnes can be arranged from Seahouses, 2 miles north of Beadnell.
There are interesting market towns in the region. Alnwick with its majestic castle, famous gardens and weekly market is only 12 miles away. Morpeth and Berwick both a scenic 25 mile drive.
A visit to the region would not be complete without a visit to Holy Island. (Tide times can be checked at Seahouses, or ask one of the locals).
Young or old, walker, bird-watcher, golfer or sandcastle builder the area has something for everyone.
