2/3/4 Bedroom Chalets
Modern fully equipped and insulated pine chalets and cabins.
All units have:
- showers or bath
- WC
- fridge
- electric cooker and colour TV
- Fully equipped including bed linen but excluding towels.
- Prices range from £395 to £900 per week.
One 3 bedroom chalet is equipped for wheel chair access including wheel chair access to the shower and toilet. Our 4 bedroom chalet has it's own sauna!

Close to the Cairngorms and 3 miles south of Aviemore Dalraddy is an ideal location for walking, climbing, skiing, watersports, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, quads, golf, bird watching and exploring the Scottish Highlands.
Static Caravans
Traditional fully equipped 2 and 3 bedroom static holiday caravans in a woodland setting. All caravans have a shower, toilet, wash hand basin, fridge and TV. Linen and bedding supplied.
Due to the possibility of frost damage, no water is supplied to the static holiday caravans during the winter months (October - April inclusive). Shower, toilet and washing facilities are available in a central toilet block.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit will be taken for caravans at the time of booking and refunded once accommodation has been checked after departure. Credit cards are accepted for this transaction, refunds will be made 1 day after departure. Should this payment be made by cheque, a processing delay of 2 weeks is to be expected.
Our Location
Alvie & Dalraddy are traditional Highland Estates 4 miles south of Aviemore near the village of Kincraig in Badenoch, the geographic centre of Scotland. The Estates extend into the Monadhliath hills from the River Spey, famous for its fishing and whisky and overlook the Cairngorm Mountain range in the Cairngorms National Park. Alvie & Dalraddy provide an ideal centre from which to explore Scotland, participate in one of the many activities available on the Estate and locally, search for your roots, find out how we make a living in rural Scotland or just enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the natural environment.
