New at Elms Farm "The Granary" is an early 18th century grade II listed barn in the same courtyard as the cottages, also available for guests to hire for a get-together/special occasion or a place to gather family and friends for a country wedding weekend. A wildflower meadow, grass paddock and over 18 acres with two private fishing lakes are available for guests to enjoy.
Owners John and Carol Emerson farm and live next to the self catering holiday cottage accommodation and are often around to advise on local places to visit or dine around the historic market town of Boston. Elms Farm Cottages can sleep up to 38 people plus cots and provide an ideal base for those looking for a relaxing break or to gather with farmily and friends to celebrate a special occasion.
A 'Taste's of Lincolnshire' welcome pack of locally produced seasonal products will be placed in weekly holiday-let cottages at the start of your stay. This includes Lincolnshire Sausages, Plum loaf, Elms Farm Marmalade, Batemans Beer as well as Milk, Butter, Tea, Coffee and Sugar.
Two and three bedroom holiday cottages, fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with wooden floors, leather sofas and wall mounted flat screen TVs with DVD players.
An open plan style kitchen/dining/living room is a common feature throughout, all your bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are included. Oak, Elm and Yew Cottages have cosy wood burners and extra logs are available with no charge.
We have a communal laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board together with a payphone and disabled toilet. A large selection of local Tourist information is also available.
A number of the holiday cottages have excellent facilities for either the elderly, the less mobile or wheelchair users with low thresholds, level floor showers with height adjustable shower seat and wash basins; grab rails are fitted as standard in the shower and toilet areas.
