Newly built modern cottage set in a beautiful location six miles from Blair Atholl and eleven miles from Pitlochry. The property is furnished in a contempory style and accommodates six people in comfort . Downstairs is open plan living , dining and kitchen with french doors to garden and patio area.There are also two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower downstairs.The master bedroom with ensuite shower is upstairs.

The cottage has full central heating and double glazing and has sky television and playstation (with games ).

The rental price includes all electricity ( no extra charges) and linen and towels are supplied.

Pets are welcone by arrangement
