Set on the fringes of the village of Weobley in the countryside of Herefordshire, Garnstone House offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation and scrumptious food.
Guests are warmly welcomed to Garnstone House by Dawn and Michael all year round. Surrounded by mature extensive gardens and countryside, Garnstone House is very comfortably furnished. The bedrooms at Garnstone House are luxuriously furnished to the highest standards and the windows look out over the lovely gardens. We have one double or twin bedroom, both with a separate, well-equipped bathroom.
Breakfast comes with locally made delicious organic sausages and local free-range eggs. The scrumptious marmalades and jams which accompany the breakfast are made at Garnstone House by Dawn herself. A vegetarian breakfast can be provided by arrangement.
Garnstone House provides the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area, the Welsh Marches. Hereford with its cathedral and Mappa Mundi is nearby as is Hay on Wye, famous for its many bookshops and annual international literary festival.
Weobley is one of the many traditional 'black and white' villages in the area and they are well-worth visiting for their old-world charm and architecture.
The long-distance footpaths, Offa's Dyke and the Mortimer Trail, pass close by and the nearby countryside is ideal for more casual walkers.
