Welcome to our town house in the New Forest Area
Grafton is a cosy but spacious 3 bedroomed Regency style town house. In a quiet area off the Pennington - Lymington Road, set back overlooking a central green. Free unrestricted parking at house and Residents free parking pass for local authority car parks in New Forest area inc. the main car parks in Lymington.
Upstairs in our house there is a Kingsize Bedroom, a Double (twin beds) Bedroom, a Single Bedroom and a family bathroom with large bath & separate shower. In Main bedroom there is a Vanity Unit.
Downstairs there is a Cloakroom with WC & basin, Lounge which seats 6 and Dining area which seating 5 people.

Well behaved dogs allowed - we do not charge extra for your dog but a donation in the PDSA collecting box in the house would be much appreciated. We do ask that dogs are not left in the house alone.
£150.00 deposit per week, or part of booked, to secure booking.
Balance due 6 weeks before start of holiday along with the security/key deposit of £150.00 (£200.00 if bringing a dog) -fully refundable after satisfactory checkout.
