EXPERIENCE THE ENGLISH RIVIERA - bright and spacious family holiday apartments, well equipped kitchens have full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Lounge with double bed settee and freeview TV with up to 90 channels of TV and radio. Family bedroom with double bed and full size single beds (some as bunks). Shower Room.
We have our own car park and garden to the rear of the house, and there is an allocated parking space for each apartment. A large gas BBq is available if required, and there is a rotary clothes dryer for customers use.
All bed linen, quilts and holiday insurance are included in our weekly tariffs.
Smoking is not allowed within the house or apartments, but smokers are welcome to take a seat in our designated area in our front garden.
Wi-fi internet access is available for your own laptop.
Situated in the heart of the English Riviera at Preston Sands, Paignton, South Devon, it is an ideal location close to the gently shelving sandy family beach with it's pretty beach huts, but in a lovely quiet residential area. There are pubs, restaurants and eateries just round the corner, and Paignton Pier and multiplex cinema are just a short walk away.
There are lots of activities for all ages - walking, swimming, golfing, cycling, boating, fishing, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing and diving to name but a few! To entertain you there are numerous venues - Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Quaywest Water Park, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, Kents Caverns (gateway to our Global Geopark status), Babbacombe Model Village are all situated within Torbay .
We also have 4 theatres - The Palace in Paignton and the Princess Theatre, Babbacombe Theatre and the Little Theatre in Torquay - all within a 3 mile radius!
The SW coast path runs along by the beach at Preston Sands, Dartmoor is 10 miles away and there are numerous coastal and country footpaths. We are an ideal touring base for all of Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall.
Owner run and occupied, as members of the TSCA (Torbay Self Catering Association) and the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) the standard of accommodation is assured by yearly inspections.
