Perfectly situated in a verdant 1ha garden right in the middle of a golf course, 100m from the clubhouse. The house has just had a complete refit and been luxuriously finished to the highest standard, Including Air conditioned bedrooms, a fantastic large roof terrace, and a swimming pool, plus flat screen tvs in all bedrooms, a well equipped children's play area, and some services like baby sitting on demand

Spacious 60m2 entry hall, furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, which leads through to the large and airy sitting room which has two very large sofas. French windows lead out to the terrace.
Large double doors lead through to the formal dining room, which also has french windows out to the terrace. Beyond is the large very well equipped modern kitchen (40m2), with dining table seating 14.
There are two downstairs bedrooms, both of which are wheel-chair accessible; one room with two single beds and one with a queensize double bed, which gives out onto its own terrace. Shared shower room and WC, equipped for wheelchair access. (Both bedrooms have flat-screen TV's and internet access.)
