High View Meadows (sleeps 6)
Built to a high standard over two floors with uninterrupted views of the countryside. The award winning architects have achieved the 5 star feel with magnificent 270 degree views across the rolling countryside. The Yorkshire Dales can be seen in the background. Views extend east, south and west & with a 20ft south facing private glass balcony it doesn’t come much better than this. Our location makes exploring The Lake District and the Dales so easy!

Our luxury self catering cottage sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first of the bedrooms is mezzanine double bedroom and the other two are twins. The cottage also includes a private patio area, a private 20 foot balcony, central heating, feature fire (fuel included), quality furnishings (including leather suites.)The kitchen comes with all the mod cons and there is also a washer/dryer.
There are also landscaped grounds including pond & stream and private parking and a cycle store
The Cottage comes with a large LCD TV and DVD player

There is a pub and restaurant only 100 yards away. As well as the country club right next door which comes with a swimming pool and fitness centre there is also cycle routes nearby - (cycle store provided), walking with public rights of way from the doorstep across the surrounding countryside. For a relaxing day out why not have a go at golfing or fishing, both of which are available nearby. For ornithologists there is bird watching available & nature watches nearby. Guests can also take a short trip and go shopping in Kirkby & Kendal

High View Meadows (sleeps 6) is the big brother to Clover Cottage (sleeps 4) and can be booked together if available. Within 50 yards of each other and both enjoy the FREE access to the leisure centre nearby which has a great range of facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi.
