Set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are perfect as a base to explore the local area. Our cottages are ideally positioned for you to access miles of sandy beaches, an abundance of castles, famous gardens, rugged countryside and the many heritage locations Northumberland has to offer including the world-famous Farne Islands .

Return home to Harbourside or Farne View and watch from your private balcony as the sun sets over the islands and castles, or collapse in a comfy sofa in a room which captures the flash of Longstone Lighthouse.

HARBOURSIDE offers 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 bunk bedded) and a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an open plan living dining room and kitchen. The living room has full width french doors leading on to a balcony with magnifcent, panoramic views overlooking the sea to the Farne Islands. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated in a modern but nautical style.

FARNE VIEW offers 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded) and a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an open plan living dining room and kitchen. There are french doors to the front of the lounge which open on to a small balcony with breath taking views over the sea to the Farne Islands. There are also patio doors to the rear of the lounge, which lead onto a balcony with table and chairs, which gets the sun all day. The cottage is very light and airey, very comfortably furnished and  tastefully decorated in a modern, but nautical style.

Whether it is a relaxing stroll along miles of deserted beaches, bird watching, or just sampling delicious local produce and enjoying a drink in a traditional public house overlooking the sea, Northumberland has something for everyone. Our heritage coastline is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Award winning beaches studded with castles stretch to the north and south of Seahouses. St Aidan's, Bamburgh, Beadnell Bay and Low Newton have all passed rigorous tests for water cleanliness and safe bathing.
