Hillrise Cottage, built in the 1820's, has been renovated to a high standard with a lovely mix of old and new. The cottage sleeps 6 in the main house. The separate single storey annexe provides additional en suite accommodation for 2. The cottage is available with or without the annexe.

The centrally heated accommodation comprises, sociable open plan living area with underfloor heating, original pamment flooring and woodburning stove. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with range of units, wooden worktops, Redfyre "Aga" style electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and tumble drier. Separate dining area with dining table and seating for 8. Sitting area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD player, broadband, i-pod docking station and wii.
Upstairs, spacious landing with storage; master bedroom with 4 poster bed, TV, ample storage; en suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Twin room with bunk beds. Second double bedroom with ample storage. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
Outside separate single storey annexe with double bed, storage, en suite shower room. Very pretty cottage garden with lovely views across the salt marshes to sea, summerhouse, garden furniture and barbecue.
Our Location
Cley is a pretty unspoilt coastal village on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Once a significant port on the Glaven Estuary, the village is now a mecca for birdwatchers. The village is well served with two pubs, a delicatessan, smokehouse, gallery and cafe - all within walking distance. The pretty Georgian market town of Holt, with excellent shopping is four miles away. The beautiful sandy beaches at Wells , Sheringham and Holkham are within easy reach.
