Welcome to Hilly Field
A 200 yr old converted barn within its own garden and with its own gated entrance. It was converted in 2004 to a high standard and improvements are made regularly. It overlooks the river Tavy and the river Tamar and Cornwall are just 15 minutes away. The accommodation is at ground level comprsing an open plan sitting room/dining area/kitchen with a boiler room to store boots etc. which also houses the central heating and water system. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ring gas stove with separate oven and grill; microwave overn; fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery pans etc.
The sitting room is a spacious and light area with 2 sofas, one being a sofabed, coffee table, bookshelves, television with integral CD/DVD player. A suitable table and chairs affords a comfortable dining area.
It is a blissfully quiet area with stunning views out over the valley to Buckland Monachorum village church.
All the doorways are wide enough to cater for a wheelchair user.
