Welcome to our Northumberland Holiday Cottage
Welcome to Holly Lodge. We offer self catering in a detached bungalow set in a quiet location in Bamburgh, in Northumberland. The cottage sleeps from 2 to 6 people, and pets are welcome by arrangement. The holiday cottage is just 10 minutes walk from the local beautiful sandy beach, and 5 minutes from the stunning Bamburgh Castle. The cottage has great views over open fields and a large enclosed safe garden.
Our Holiday Cottage
The holiday cottage has three bedrooms, two twin and one double, sleeping up to six people. One of the twin rooms has a wash basin. A travel cot is available. There is a full bathroom with over-bath shower and a separate shower room. One of the bedrooms has a washbasin.
There is a large kitchen with a dining table as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and conventional electric cooker. A high chair is also available.
There is a large, south facing living room with fine views with a TV and DVD player. There is also a separate dining room with a TV and Video.
The cottage has full central heating and all electricity is included in the rental price. The telephone takes incoming calls only but you can call emergency services if necessary. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided.
The large enclosed garden has a picnic table and there is a barbecue and garden furniture.
Parking is available for 3 cars. Note there is access for wheelchairs at this self catering property.
There are numerous activities within easy reach including walking, fishing, sailing and horse riding. Bamburgh golf course is one of the best courses in the area and has spectacular views.
Our Northumberland Location
The holiday cottage is located in Bamburgh, in Northumberland. As well as being close to the sandy beach and Bamburgh Castle, it provides a great base for exploring the beauty of Northumberland, including the Northumbria National Park. There are numerous activities within easy reach of our Northumberland cottage, including walking, fishing, sailing and horse riding.
