Welcome to our Equestrian Farm Luxury Cottages in East Sussex
The cottages form part of an attractive 150 year old barn conversion surrounding a cobbled courtyard. They are designed and furnished to a high standard offering an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery with either a double or two single beds. The accommodation can be adapted to sleep 2 to 4 people if required by use of a double sofa bed in the living area.
Equestrian Holidays
At Hurstwood Farm we offer a tailor made livery service with the use of superb facilities and regular training clinics in dressage, show jumping and cross country. The farm is the ideal location for a riding holiday, with or without your horse, staying in one of our lovely cottages with tuition from with one of our instructors and hacking on the Ashdown Forest. We also operate a wildlife conservation and land management programme on the farm.
Our Location
Hurstwood Farm is ideally situated in the beautiful Sussex High Weald countryside between Crowborough and Uckfield and close to the Ashdown Forest, 6500 acres (2500 hectares) of heathland for riding and walking. Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent and the picturesque county town of Lewes, Sussex, both offer numerous restaurants, quality shops and tourist attractions within approximately 30 minutes drive. Whilst Brighton and Eastbourne on the spectacular Sussex coast are approximately 45 minutes drive.
