Just 1km from Clifden town centre in the Connemara, our four star holiday accommodation provides excellent self catering for between 10 and 22 people. The large holiday house has every conceivable extra to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing holiday. All guests enjoy free access to local 18m Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steamroom and Gymnasium. Situated just outside Clifden town, Joyces Waterloo House is a great location to explore and enjoy all that Connemara has to offer. All in all this is the ideal holiday accommodation for large group gatherings, family or friend reunions, small intimate weddings, writers groups and a great base for film crews/production teams.

This large 4 star self catering holiday home sleeps between 10 to 24 people in its 10 bedrooms, 9 of which are en suite. Every bedroom in the house has its own television, DVD and CD player, radio and hairdryer. On top of this all bed linen and towels are provided in the price. The beds themselves are mainly 6`King and 5`Queen Size and most beds are fitted with a ‘memory foam’ mattress for comfort.
The spacious sitting room seats 18 comfortably and has its own small library; you can watch satellite/cable/dvds in comfort and warmth as the room has an excellent solid fuel stove. The dining room comfortably sits 22 people restaurant style. The compact kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all mod cons including an American fridge/freezer and two cookers. There is a separate outdoor building for laundry which contains two washing machines and a gas tumble dryer.
This holiday accommodation in Clifden is equipped with central heating, supplemented by the solid fuel stove in the sitting room. The use of the heating and electricity is metered and is payable on departure. The house is also WIFI enabled.
Outside, guests can relax in our hot tub, enjoy a BBQ on nice summer days, keep fit with a game of basketball using the hoop provided. Alternatively have a stroll and a quiet sit down in our garden area which is a great place to unwind. Our parking bay will comfortably fit 11 cars.

Our Self Catering accommodation is located 1km from Clifden town centre on the N59, in County Galway, in the West of Ireland in the well know region of Connemara. The house itself is in the perfect location for cycling and walking so there is no shortage of activities! Our GPS location is 53 29`17.01"N and 9 59`46.63"W
