Guests are able to share the owners 12m x 6m swimming outside swimming pool from April until end of September.
Mains electricity, gas, water included in the price from May until end of October. Eletricity is charged for and metred (usually between 1 & 7 euros per day) in November, December, March & April as there are 2 independant electric radiators completely controlled by our guests. There is a central heating radiator in the bedroom which is controlled by the integral boiler (which is on a timer) and is included in the price per week.
