Lakeside Country Guest House provides Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in eight comfortably furnished bedrooms, seven of which are en-suite. All bedrooms include a colour TV, radio alarms, hair dryer, shoe cleaning and tea/coffee making facilities, and we have two superior bedrooms which are more spacious than the standard bedrooms. They also have large windows, which look out to the magnificent views of Bassenthwaite Lake and Skiddaw mountain range, and en-suite shower rooms.
Original oak panelling and oak floors, plus 100 year old stained glass windows and doors add to the charm and character of this enchanting place.The comfortable lounge, which overlooks the lake, is a great place to relax. You can select a book from the library, play chess, watch TV, log on to our internet access or simply browse through the local information folder. We also have ample parking available within the grounds.
