Or Luxury B&B is a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse has been lovingly restored, offering luxurious comfort and unique style in a breathtaking setting.
Our location
At the heart of an organic working farm, with 800 acres of Dorset downland for you to explore. Maps of the local area are provided as well as a wealth of local knowledge from the owner and farmer, Sarah.
Situated at the gateway to Dorset and Wiltshire and only a short distance from the World Heritage Jurrassic Coast, there are stunning places to visit only a short distance away from Launceston Farm. Recommended activities inlcude walking and cycling through the stunning chalklands of the Cranbourne Chase, soaking up the national heritage at Kingston Lacy House and Stourhead Gardens or taking in famous tourist atrtactions such as Monkey World and Longleat Safari Park. If you are feeling more adventurous, why not try quad biking at Gorcombe Outdoor Activity centre or a trip to Go Ape high ropes course?
Our rooms
Lavishly decorated with roll top baths at the foot of the beds, wifi internet access, flat screen TV and DVD players, fair trade tea and coffee making faciltiies and organic shampoo and body wash from a local producer, we pride ourselves on attention to detail. Photographs of all six ensuite bedrooms are available on our website as well as availability calendars for each room.
Our food
Ingredients for our breakfasts are sourced whenever possible from the farm or from other local farmers and small holders. Evening meals of hearty, traditional fayre are available on Monday and Friday evenings. We are fully licensed and provide an honesty bar for your enjoyment.
