Welcome to Lavender Lodge, our B&B in Chester
Lavender Lodge is an old Edwardian building, set back from the road, and with off road parking. It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms have excellent views of the surrounding garden and church grounds. Our location in Chester makes our B&B excellent for exploring the surrounding area, due to the excellent road links. Our guest house is AA & Visit Britain 4 Star rated and in the AA best bed &breakfast guide.
Our B&B’s Accommodation and Features
All of our rooms are comfortable and well furnished, and provide a homely feel for our guests. We have a choice of three double rooms, a family room and a triple room to cater for everyone’s needs. The double bedrooms all have a large double bed, en suite bathroom, television, DVD player, hairdryer, wireless broadband and tea/coffee making facilities. All the rooms have a hairdryer, wireless broadband access and tea and coffee making facilities. The family room has a king size double bed, a single bed, and en suite bathroom, and the triple room has three large single beds and an en suite bathroom. Breakfast is served every morning in the large spacious dining room, and is a full English breakfast using local ingredients where possible.
Our B&B’s Location in Chester
There are many attractions and things to do in the vicinity of our B&B, both outdoor and indoor. The historic city of Chester is the oldest Roman settlement in Britain. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, golf and fishing among others, and many attractions and historic sites to visit. Some of these are Dunham Massey and Tatton Park, along with the larger tourist areas nearby, namely Liverpool, Chester and the Lake District.
